Our bedrooms are comfortable and stylish with own entrance, T.V with DSTV, microwave, fridge, fan, heater, hair-dryer, hospitality tray, desk, lamp and wireless Internet.  We speak both English and Afrikaans. Continental breakfast is served as well as English breakfast, Lunch boxes packed on request and Dinner on request.

Conditions

Deposit  policy

A Deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. Credit  card details are accepted in lieu of deposit with balance payable on arrival.


Refund policy
No refunds applicable for late arrival or early departure unless rooms can be re-let
Failure to arrive/cancellation within 48 hours of arrival date – 100% of the total accommodation fee is payable.
Cancellation between 3 and 7 days of arrival will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of accommodation (total deposit)
Cancellation between 7 and 14 days of arrival will incur a cancellation charge of 25% of accommodation
By providing credit card details in lieu of deposit, the card holder grants Hobie Beach Guest House the right to debit the card with the above charges
The above does not apply during peak seasons. No refunds for cancellation/failure to arrive or late arrival during peak season.
Peak seasons:  15 December – 15 January.  Easter week-end and iron-man week-end.
 
CHECK IN AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Guests are requested to check-in after 2:00pm
Should guest arrive in Port Elizabeth earlier than 2:00pm, please feel free to come and see if the room is available or drop off luggage for safe-keeping.
Check-out is by 10:00am on day of departure, however, luggage may be left with us after check-out and collected later in the day
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF STAY
We ask that guests be considerate of each other and keep noise levels to a minimum between
10:00pm and 7:00am
